Digital Purchase Policy

Official Psychopath Test provides digital content and instant-access result pages. Because access is delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not offered once the full result has been unlocked.

When a Refund May Be Considered

Refund requests may be reviewed in limited cases such as:

• duplicate charges,
• technical failure that prevented access to the purchased result,
• clearly accidental multiple purchases of the same product.

How to Request Help

If you believe there was a payment error or technical issue, contact support with a description of the problem and the email or payment details connected to the purchase.

Review Process

Each request is reviewed individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. We may ask for additional information needed to investigate the issue.
